Abstract

Disclosed is a method of testing an ECU (302). The ECU comprises an automated control module (304) adapted for controlling components of a vehicle. The method comprises receiving (200) a roadway image (122) containing a traffic object (124). The method further comprises receiving (202) a bounding box (126) identifying the traffic object. The method further comprises receiving (204) a text specification (130) of a camera flight around the traffic object. The method further comprises generating (206) a traffic object video (132) of the camera flight around the traffic object by inputting the roadway image, the bounding box, and the text specification into a text2video artificial intelligence module (134). The method further comprises generating (208) a three-dimensional model (136) of the traffic object using an image to three-dimensional model module (138). The method further comprises providing (210) the three-dimensional model of the traffic object for the ECU testing.
