Abstract
The present application provides a display module and a display apparatus. In the display module, light transmitted from a first light modulation component is first polarized light. Light transmitted from a light modulation region of a second light modulation component corresponding to a light-emitting region in a extinguishing state is second polarized light, and light transmitted from a light modulation region of the second light modulation component corresponding to a light-emitting region in a light-emitting state is third polarized light. A first polarizer is disposed on a side of the second light modulation component away from the first light modulation component.
