Abstract

An apparatus for manufacturing an electrode and an electrode manufacturing method are disclosed. An apparatus for manufacturing an electrode includes a roller configured to roll an electrode plate, and the roller is configured to primarily roll the electrode plate at a first compression ratio to form a primary electrode plate, secondarily roll the primary electrode plate at a second compression ratio to form a secondary electrode plate, and tertiarily roll the secondary electrode plate at a third compression ratio to form a tertiary electrode plate.
