Abstract
A method of communicating between an Internet of Things (IoT) device manager and loT devices. The method comprises receiving information about radio conditions by an loT device radio relay from the loT devices; transmitting the information by the IoT device radio relay to an IoT service enabler platform; training a machine learning (ML) model by the loT service enabler platform based on the information about radio conditions; determining radio transmission adaptation rules by the IoT service enabler platform based on the trained ML model; sending the rules by the IoT service enabler platform to the IoT device radio relay; adapting a radio of the IoT device radio relay based on the rules and based on current radio conditions experienced by the loT devices; and, after adapting the radio of the IoT device relay, transmitting messages by the radio of the IoT device radio relay to the loT devices.
