Abstract

This application discloses an information reporting method and apparatus, a terminal, and a network-side device, belonging to the field of telecommunications. The method in an embodiment of this application includes: receiving, by a terminal, target information sent by a network-side device, where the target information is used to indicate whether to activate a target channel state information CSI reporting sub-configuration associated with a target CSI reporting configuration; and in a case that the target information indicates to activate the target CSI reporting sub-configuration associated with the target CSI reporting configuration, sending, by the terminal, CSI to the network-side device based on the target CSI reporting sub-configuration.
