Abstract
The present application belongs to the technical field of communications. Disclosed are a transmission method and apparatus, and a terminal, a network-side device and a readable storage medium. The transmission method in the embodiments of the present application comprises: a terminal determining the priority of a first report on the basis of a first priority rule; and the terminal arranging the content in the first report on the basis of the priority and generating uplink control information (UCI), and transmitting the UCI on a target resource, wherein the first report comprises at least one measurement result associated with a first object, and the first object is an object different from the current service object of the terminal.
