Abstract
A terminal includes: a control unit configured to determine maximum transmission power that is applied for a certain frequency range including a plurality of frequency bands and to determine transmission power based on the maximum transmission power; and a communication unit configured to perform communication for which the transmission power is applied in the certain frequency range. The control unit determines the maximum transmission power that is applied for the certain frequency range based on another frequency range that is simultaneously used.
