Abstract
The present application relates to the technical field of communications, and discloses a transmission restriction adjustment method and apparatus, a terminal, a network side device, and a medium. The transmission restriction adjustment method according to embodiments of the present application comprises: a terminal receives first instruction information sent by a network side device, wherein the first instruction information is used for instructing whether to deactivate a first time region, and the first time region comprises at least one first time unit for performing transmission restriction on the terminal; and when the first instruction information instructs to deactivate the first time region, the terminal deactivates at least some of the first time units in the first time region on the basis of a target moment, wherein the target moment is determined on the basis of the information receiving moment of the first instruction information.
