Abstract
A method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure comprises receiving configuration information related to a Timing Advance Group (TAG), and transmitting an uplink signal based on uplink time alignment related to the time alignment timer. The TAG includes two TAGs related to a serving cell. Based on that the time alignment timer related to one of the two TAGs expires and the time alignment timer related to the other TAG is running, operations for maintenance of the uplink time alignment are performed. The operations include a flush operation for at least one Hybrid Automatic Repeat Request (HARQ) buffer. The at least one HARQ buffer is related to the TAG of the expired time alignment timer.
