Abstract
A terminal according to an aspect of the present disclosure includes: a receiving section that receives a quality offset related to received power of a non-terrestrial network (NTN) and a terrestrial network (TN); and a control section that corrects received power, based on the quality offset. According to an aspect of the present disclosure, it is possible to appropriately perform cell switch in a cellular system in which a TN and an NTN coexist.
