Abstract
The invention relates to a composition comprising an alpha2-adrenoceptor agonist, for use as a medicament, an effective dose of said composition being topically administered to a patient in need thereof in a non-continuous (stop and go) regimen. The invention is characterized in that a period of wash-out of at least two (2) days is applied between each series of daily applications during the all-treatment period to maintain the full potency of the active principle.
