Abstract
A cartridge includes a rotation body, a roller gear cam, a first motor, and a support component. The rotation body includes a bearing and a mounting portion on which a table configured to support a workpiece is mounted. The rotation body is rotatable about a first axis. The roller gear cam transfers drive power to the bearing to rotate the rotation body about the first axis. The first motor drives the roller gear cam. The support component is mountable on a tilt base in a state in which the support component is supporting the rotation body, the roller gear cam, and the first motor. The tilt base is tiltable about a tilt axis.
