Abstract

A control unit (30) executes causing a pretreatment liquid ejecting unit (14) to eject pretreatment liquid to a feature region of a first surface of a medium corresponding to a feature point of a first image or a feature point of a second image, causing an ink ejecting unit to eject ink onto the first surface of the medium, onto the feature region of which the pretreatment liquid has been ejected, to thereby print the first image on the first surface, causing an imaging unit to image the medium, on which the first image is printed, from a second surface that is a surface opposite to the first surface, and correcting, based on a captured image and the feature point of the first image or the feature point of the second image, the second image to be printed on the second surface.
