Abstract

A system (100) for fluoride-ion cleaning processes includes at least one test device (200) configured to be received within an interior volume (104) of a reaction chamber (102). A test volume (VOL1) is defined by each of the at least one test device (200).Each of the at least one test device (200) defines a metering inlet (208) through which reaction gas from the interior volume (104) of the reaction chamber (102) is received in the test volume (VOL1). Additionally, the system (100) includes at least one test sample (202), each of the at least one test sample (202) being configured to be received within the test volume (VOL1) of a respective one of the at least one test device (200) and cleaned by the reaction gas received within the test volume (VOL1) through the metering inlet (208).
