Abstract

Method for monitoring the operation of a machine (10) for an optimised removal of material from products (P), comprising the steps of: Acquiring first data (d1) corresponding to a measurement of the initial weight (wi) of a product (P) entering the machine (1); Acquiring second data (d2) corresponding to a measurement of the final weight (wf) of the product (P) exiting the machine (1), following the removal of material from the product (P); Carrying out an operation of comparing between the first data (d1) and the second data (d2) to obtain data (D) of the difference between the first data (d1) and the second data (d2); Computer program comprising instructions which, when the program is run by a computer comprising a control unit (4), ensure that the computer implements the steps of the method.
