Abstract
An assembly for measuring impedance of a battery (24) includes a first current loop (102, 202) including a first capacitor (110, 206) and a second capacitor (112, 208) in series with the first capacitor, a second current loop (104, 204) in parallel with the first current loop, the second current loop including a third capacitor (120, 210), an impedance sensor (106) in electrical communication with the first and second current loops, and a controller module (108) configured to determine an impedance of the battery based on data from the impedance sensor indicating a first current frequency (f1) from the first current loop and a second current frequency (f2) from the second current loop.
