Abstract
A method for managing a CNT pellicle membrane, comprising: upon use of the CNT pellicle membrane, acquiring individual information of the CNT pellicle membrane from an individual information storage unit in which the individual information of the CNT pellicle membrane is recorded, and acquiring storage information of the CNT pellicle membrane from a storage information storage unit in which the storage information of the CNT pellicle membrane is recorded, and identifying cleaning processing conditions of the CNT pellicle membrane from the acquired individual information and the acquired storage information.
