Abstract

To assist determination of an operation condition in an unsteady operation of a plant. A procedure creation assistance device includes a processing unit that performs acquiring process data output in a past unsteady operation in a plant, creating a trained model that is trained with a relationship between an explanatory variable and a predetermined response variable by using regression analysis where the explanatory variable is a feature based on the process data, performing simulation using the trained model and an assumed value of the explanatory variable, outputting a condition serving as a predetermined constraint with respect to a regression coefficient of the trained model, a result of the simulation, and the explanatory variable, and modifying the trained model when an operation to modify the explanatory variable is received from a user or performing the simulation using a modified value of the assumed value when an operation to modify the assumed value is received from the user.
