Abstract
A mechanism for generating a query response to a search query for use in a clinical environment. A conversion module is configured to convert metadata, produced during segmentation mesh modification by a model-based segmentation method, into a text-based file. A search module is configured to process the search query and the text-based file to produce a query response to a user at an output user interface.
