Abstract

A display device (10) includes: a plurality of subpixels (SP11, SP12, SP13, SP21, SP22, SP23); a plurality of data lines (DL11, DL12, DL13, DL21, DL22, DL23) electrically connected to the plurality of subpixels (SP11, SP12, SP13, SP21, SP22, SP23); a plurality of data pads (DP1, DP2, DP3) electrically connected to the plurality of data lines (DL11, DL12, DL13, DL21, DL22, DL23); a plurality of test pads (TP1, TP2) including a first test pad (TP1) and a second test pad (TP2), the first test pad (TP1) and the second test pad (TP2) being spaced from the plurality of data pads (DP1, DP2, DP3); a first group demux switch element (GDEMT1) connecting a first group data line of the plurality of data lines (DL11, DL12, DL13, DL21, DL22, DL23) to the plurality of data pads (DP1, DP2, DP3); a second group demux switch element (GDEMT2) connecting a second group data line of the plurality of data lines (DL11, DL12, DL13, DL21, DL22, DL23) to the plurality of data pads (DP1, DP2, DP3); and a first test switch element (TET1) located between a first electrode (DEMSD111) of any one of first demux switch elements (DEMT1) included in the first group demux switch element (GDEMT1) and the first test pad (TP1).
