Abstract
An optical fiber composite power cable (50) includes: a cable body (60); an armor portion (59) provided on an outer circumference of the cable body (60); a first optical fiber (6) that transmits sensing light; a second optical fiber (7) that transmits backscattered light of the sensing light; and a plurality of auxiliary conductors (8, 9) that transmit electric power from a power supply to an optical amplification repeater that amplifies the sensing light and the backscattered light.
