Abstract

Provided are a rotor structure and a motor. The rotor structure includes a rotor core, first permanent magnets and a second permanent magnet, wherein the rotor core is provided with mounting slots, the first permanent magnets are mounted in the mounting slots respectively, and in an axial direction of the rotor core, an axial height of each of the first permanent magnets is greater than an axial height of the rotor core; at least one axial end of the rotor core is provided with the second permanent magnet, slots are disposed on the second permanent magnet, a part of the each of the first permanent magnets protruding from the rotor core in the axial direction is inserted into a corresponding slot of the slots, the first permanent magnets are magnetized in a radial direction and/or a tangential direction of the rotor core, and the second permanent magnet is magnetized in an axial direction of the rotor core, at least two faces of the part of the each of the first permanent magnets protruding from the rotor core in the axial direction are surrounded by the second permanent magnet. According to the rotor structure of the present invention, the magnetizing effect of an electric motor is able to be improved, and the magnetic leakage of an axial end portion of a first permanent magnet is reduced; in addition, the number of components is small, the assembling steps are fewer, the assembling is simple, and the production cost is low.
