Abstract
This disclosure provides a historical information processing method and apparatus, and relates to the field of communication technology. The method includes: determining, by a first device, whether a specific cell handover or change occurs; and in a case that the specific cell handover or change occurs, performing, by the first device, one of the following: generating terminal historical information including a first identifier, the first identifier indicating that the specific cell handover or change occurs; stopping logging of a cell handover or change; generating terminal camping information, the terminal camping information indicating the duration in which the terminal camps on a network node.
