Abstract

The present disclosure relates to a measurement method, and a terminal, a network device, a communication system and a storage medium. The method comprises: on the basis of a first measurement sample, using a first model to determine a first measurement result, wherein the first measurement sample is a measurement sample that is obtained by a terminal performing an actual measurement; and sending the first measurement result, wherein the first measurement result is used for radio resource management. A terminal can use a first model to implement the prediction for a first measurement result on the basis of a first measurement sample, such that it is unnecessary to perform measurement on each measurement occasion, and thus the accuracy of a measurement result can be ensured, and the power consumption of the terminal is also effectively reduced.
