Abstract

A communication system includes: a plurality of networks each including a radio access network and a core network, in which an anchor network that a communication terminal is connected to is configured to perform, based on information related to communication quality between the communication terminal and a data network, determination of whether addition of a network for the communication terminal to connect to is required and selection of an additional network in a case where the addition of a network for the communication terminal to connect to is required, and the network selected as the additional network by the anchor network is configured to perform registration processing for connection to the communication terminal.
