Abstract
A method and a device for transmitting and receiving a signal in a wireless communication system, disclosed in the present specification, operate on the basis of a cell DTX/DRX configuration and a terminal DRX configuration. Specifically, outside an activation time based on a terminal DRX operation, a first field for activation and deactivation of a cell DTX operation and a cell DRX operation is transmitted and received together with a second field for a wake-up indication.
