Abstract
The present application relates to the technical field of communications, and discloses an output power control method and apparatus, a terminal, and a network side device. The output power control method in embodiments of the present application comprises: a terminal increases the upper limit value of the maximum output power of the terminal on the basis of a target power adjustment value, wherein the lower limit value of the maximum output power of the terminal remains unchanged, or the target power adjustment value is related to RB allocation of the terminal.
