Abstract

A terminal includes: a reception unit configured to receive a shared channel from another terminal in an unlicensed band; a control unit configured to determine a structure of a feedback channel corresponding to the shared channel; and a transmission unit configured to transmit the feedback channel to the another terminal. In a case where the transmission unit does not transmit a feedback channel in a certain feedback channel occasion in a certain COT (Channel occupancy time) and a transmission by another terminal is not detected, the transmission unit performs a transmission in the occasion.
