Abstract

An electronic device and an operating method thereof for dynamic subband operation (DSO) are provided. The operating method of the electronic device includes, after a first link is formed between the electronic device and an external electronic device broadcasting a wireless fidelity (Wi-Fi) signal, based on a presence of a second link between the electronic device and the external electronic device, transmitting data to the external electronic device by using a second profile. The first link is based on a first profile and the second link is based on the second profile.
