Abstract

A transparent display device (TD) and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. The transparent display device (TD) includes a substrate (100), a inorganic layer (210) disposed on the substrate (100), a driving element layer (DEL) disposed on the inorganic layer (210), a first organic layer (410) disposed on the driving element layer (DEL), a second organic layer (420) disposed on the first organic layer (410), and a light emitting element (600) disposed on the second organic layer (420), wherein the first organic layer (410) includes a side surface (SF1), and the second organic layer (420) is disposed on the side surface (SF1) of the first organic layer (410).
