Abstract
The present disclosure includes a flexible stem (100) of a medical implant for implantation into a bone. The stem includes a stem shaft (101) having a first stem shaft end (102) and a second stem shaft end (104); and a plurality of projections (106), each of the plurality of projections having a first projection end (108) and a second projection end (110), wherein the first projection end of each of the plurality of projections is connected to the stem shaft.
