Abstract

Elastic laminate suitable for use as front and/or back waist belt of a disposable absorbent article comprising a first nonwoven substrate which is mechanically bonded to a second nonwoven substrate. A plurality of elastic strands and/or one or more elastic film(s) is joined in between said second nonwoven substrate and a third nonwoven substrate. The disclosure further provides an absorbent article comprising said elastic laminate and methods of making said absorbent article.
