Abstract

This invention relates to a sound-emitting device and to a procedure for assembling said device in a seat, in such a way that it is possible to obtain optimal sound quality from said device arranged in the seat, preferably in the seat of a motor vehicle, while preventing the creation of noise near the user's auricular pavilion when occupying said seat, since the sound-emitting device comprises an actuator set up to emit sound that is arranged in contact exclusively with third elements via the surface that radiates the sound.
