Abstract

Filling machine (1) comprising multiple valve groups (2), each comprising a supply channel (31) connected to a containment tank (12), a first shutter (21) actuatable by a first actuation body (41) in order to open and close the supply duct (31), a return tube (22) placed in the supply channel (31), and an evacuation chamber (24) connected to the return tube (22) and traversed by the first actuation body (41). In addition, each valve group (2) comprises a first flexible membrane (5), placed as an upper hermetic closure of the supply channel (31) to separate the latter from the evacuation chamber (24), and a second flexible membrane (6), placed as an upper closure of the evacuation chamber (24). The membranes (5, 6) are arranged for being deformed by the moving first actuation body (41).
