Abstract

There is provided a compound of formula (I)whereinR¹ is methoxy, ethoxy, methyl or ethyl; andR² is C6-C20 alkyl, optionally containing one or two double bonds, and optionally containing one or two methyl groups, and optionally containing a hydroxy group attached at C(8), C(9) or C(10), and optionally containing a phenyl ring attached at C(3) or bigger distance to N; or is selected from the group consisting of 3-methoxy-4-hydroxyphenyl and 3-ethoxy-4-hydroxyphenyl. The compound is able to release an alkyl anthranilate or (o-aminoalkylphenone and aldehyde R²-CHO.
