Abstract

Present disclosure relates to an expansion tank for a vehicle cooling system for storing a coolant for distribution in the vehicle cooling system, the expansion tank comprises one or more coolant inlets for receiving the coolant from a coolant line of the vehicle cooling system, one or more coolant outlets for returning the coolant to the coolant line of the vehicle cooling system, the one or more coolant outlets being arranged vertically below the one or more coolant inlets, and a centrifugal separator.
