Abstract

A switching valve (1) includes a valve body (2); a first port (20A) and a second port (20B) disposed to face each other inside the valve body (2) to communicate with each other; an input port (30) communicating with the first port (20A) and the second port (20B) to supply a slurry liquid material; and a valve element (10) configured to switch connection of the first port (20A) and the second port (20B) with respect to the input port (30), the valve element (10) including: a first needle portion (12A) configured to open and close an opening of the first port (20A); a second needle portion (12B) configured to open and close an opening of the second port (20B); and hard-body seals (6A, 6B, 46) configured to seal the first port (20A) and the second port (20B), respectively..
