Abstract

The present application discloses a furnace atmosphere control device and method. The furnace atmosphere control device comprises an adjustment device, a sensor system, and a control unit. The exhaust unit in the adjustment device is configured with a cover plate, a connecting rod, a crank, and an actuator, wherein the connecting rod is used to push and pull the cover plate to move, changing the position of the cover plate, thereby changing the area of the outlet of the exhaust unit. The furnace atmosphere control device of the present application enables the sintering atmosphere within the calcination furnace to be maintained at a high oxygen concentration, and can maintain continuous fluctuations in furnace pressure, ensuring the calcination effect of the raw cathode materials. The furnace atmosphere control method of the present application achieves automatic and real-time adjustment, being safe and efficient.
