Abstract
The invention relates to a computer-implemented method and apparatus for analyzing an operational lifetime of a mechanical component comprising the steps of performing by data processing unit a Finite Element Method, FEM, simulation of the mechanical component to provide a data set used to train an artificial intelligence, AI, model and calculating by the trained artificial intelligence, AI, model output values for predicting a mechanical behavior of the mechanical component at a target time in response to applied input values.
