Abstract
The present disclosure refers to a battery module (1). The battery module (1) includes a module base plate (12) and battery cells (11) stacked in a stacking direction (D) on the module base plate (12). Further, the battery module (1) includes at least one cooling element (13) with a connector (14), wherein the cooling element (13) is disposed on the module base plate (12), and at least one module cooling element connector (15) which extends along at least a part of the stacking direction (D) on a side of the module base plate (12) opposite to the cooling element (13). The module cooling element connector (15) includes a cooling element portion (151) which is connected to the connector (14) of the cooling element (13) via a fluid connecting element (121) of the module base plate (12) and via sealings (17) between the cooling element portion (151), the module base plate (12) and the connector (14) of the cooling element (13), wherein a flow path (16) is formed between the cooling element portion (151), the module base plate (12) and the connector (14) of the cooling element (13). The module cooling element connector (15) further includes a clamping clip portion (152) configured to engage with the connector (14) of the cooling element (13) for pulling the cooling element portion (151) and the connector (14) towards the module base plate (12) such that a sealing force is provided onto the sealings (17) by the clamping clip portion (152).
