Abstract

The present application provides a satellite information communication method, a satellite information communication system, a computer device, and a medium. After a transmitter transmits communication information to be transmitted to a communication satellite via a satellite network, the communication information is forwarded to a designated ground monitoring system via the satellite network. When a receiver is offline in the cellular network, the communication information is transmitted to the receiver via the satellite network. This enables communication between the transmitter and the receiver solely through the satellite network, without relying on the cellular network.
