Abstract
Presented is a multimedia device, including: a display configured to output an image through one or more windows; and a controller configured to control the display, wherein the controller detects whether an activation trigger condition of a picture in picture (PIP) mode is satisfied, and activates the PIP mode when the activation trigger condition is satisfied, wherein the activation trigger condition may be related to a progress state of a game through the multimedia device.
