Abstract
A first radio access network element, including at least one processor; and at least one memory storing computer program code, the at least one processor, when executing the computer program code, is configured to cause the first radio access network element to, transmit a message to at least one of a second radio access network element or a core network element, wherein the message indicates support information, the support information indicating one or more receive capabilities supported by a user equipment (UE) for one or more frequency bands supported by the UE.
