Abstract
A heating coil assembly and a home appliance having same are disclosed. The disclosed invention comprises a heating coil formed from a plurality of layers of conductors stacked in the vertical direction, wherein the horizontal outer shape of the heating coil is polygonal. Therefore, an increase in horizontal size of the heating coil is suppressed to increase the cross-sectional area of a pattern per turn of the heating coil, and thus an increase in the temperature of the heating coil can be effectively suppressed.
