Abstract

A cooking device and cooking method. The cooking device comprises a housing, a carrier, a first heating element, a second heating element, a fan, and a controller. The controller is electrically connected to the first heating element, the second heating element, and the fan. The cooking modes of the cooking device comprise a first cooking mode and a non-first cooking mode, the first cooking mode is at least used for cooking pizza. In the first cooking mode, the cooking heat formed on the upper surface of the food is not greater than the cooking heat formed on the lower surface of the food. This allows the upper and lower parts of the pizza to achieve a relatively good cooking state simultaneously at the end of cooking.
