Abstract

Provided is a dishwasher including a tub having a washing space defined therein and configured to accommodate therein a dish; a door configured to open or close the washing space of the tub; and a handle movably disposed in the door and configured to extend outwardly from the door or retract into the door. The handle is configured to extend outwardly from the door to a first position or a second position, wherein a distance between the second position and the door is greater than a distance between the first position and the door.
