Abstract

There are provided a decorative sheet and a decorative member having texture closer to texture of the real things and having an excellent design property. A decorative sheet (1) includes: a picture design layer (5), a transparent thermoplastic resin layer (6), and a surface protective layer (7) sequentially deposited on one surface of a colored thermoplastic resin layer (2); in which regions containing a predetermined material having light absorption properties to infrared rays as compared with the colored thermoplastic resin layer (2) (gloss matte-expressing design parts (3)) are arranged in synchronization with a picture design of the picture design layer (5) on a surface on the side opposite to the picture design layer (5) of the colored thermoplastic resin layer (2), the gloss matte-expressing design parts (3) have infrared transmittance at a wavelength of 2000 nm of 60% or less, and embossed parts (7a) are formed at positions where the embossed parts (7a) overlap with the regions formed of the predetermined material in plan view of the surface protective layer (7).
