Abstract

A body assembly (100) of a vehicle, and a vehicle. The body assembly (100) of a vehicle includes: a body main unit (6), wherein the body main unit (6) is provided with a mounting opening (61); a battery pack (5) shielding the mounting opening (61), wherein the battery pack (5) is configured to form at least part of a floor of the body assembly (100); and a sealing assembly (7) and a front surrounding plate (621), wherein in the length direction of the body main unit (6), the front surrounding plate (621) is located on the front side of the sealing assembly (7), the front surrounding plate (621) is connected to the sealing assembly (7) to form an annular structure, and at least part of the sealing assembly (7) and at least part of the front surrounding plate (621) are both located between the body main unit (6) and the battery pack (5) so as to seal a gap between the body main unit (6) and the battery pack (5).
