Abstract
Disclosed in the present invention is a method for extracting and separating cholic acid and deoxycholic acid by a liquid-liquid two-phase system and exhibiting good biocompatibility, low toxicity, and high efficiency. The method comprises: subjecting a feed solution containing an amino acid ionic liquid, and respectively obtaining high-purity cholic acid and deoxycholic acid from an extract liquid and a raffinate. Compared with conventional ionic liquids and organic solvent extractants, the amino acid ionic liquid extractant used in the present invention has the advantages of better degradability, higher biocompatibility, and higher separation efficiency, has the characteristics of large treatment capacity, simple process, low toxicity, environmental friendliness, and low costs, and is suitable for industrial production.
