Abstract
Provided is a method for producing a peptide compound or a salt thereof, comprising a step (linking step) of linking an amino group of a first amino acid or peptide and a carboxy group of a second amino acid or peptide with an amide bond, wherein a condensing agent and two or more additives are used in the linking step, and pKa of the additive is between 0 and 10.0.
